A long time friend recommended Oklahoma Storm Repair to me. I have a 47,000 square foot building with a very steep pitch.
I thought when you wanted a new roof you had to pay for it. I was not familiar with the fact that there were such professionals as Houston Custom Roofing, who are schooled in the same techniques and methodology that insurance companies use daily, that allow roof adjustments in certain situations.
I agreed to work with them, and have not regretted it. They were able to successfully do what they represented, get a new roof adjustment for 100 percent of our roof. It is a 40 foot high roof both pitched and flat and they even was able to re-deck the entire roof. I had needed a roof but did not have the funds to re-roof.
One thing I learned through this process. The insurance company will not and did not, come calling to offer assistance. I needed the professional expertise of Oklahoma Storm Repair and there owner, to affect this.
I incurred no out-of-pocket cost. They were compensated through insurance proceeds and still able to put on the exact roof I needed.
Their expertise did not end there. They were able to get me additional insurance adjustment proceeds for our entire interior, which has been damaged because of roof leak’s since the storm.

We own a 36,000 square-foot building on 6 acres. The building took a direct hit from one of the tornadoes which struck in May of this year.
Re-retained the services of Oklahoma Storm Repair to replace the Roof, AC units, the entire interior rehabilitation, which included everything from major water damage, old mole, all new carpet and the tile throughout, new ceilings throughout, 100% repainting etc.
Oklahoma Storm Repair very professionally, competently and successfully completed this work in a job that became very complicated due to the fact the tenant we have leased the building to, was a school. The school needed to be ready for the opening in mid August. Teacher preparations we’re going on, even as the final interior and exterior work was done.

We are a family owned business. We have been in operation for over 25 years and own two facilities with over 140,000 sq.ft. of flat roofs. Oklahoma Storm Repair was recommended to me by a long term customer while visiting my downtown facility and noticing the condition of our roof and some recently occurring leaks.
He being in the real estate business asked if I had contacted our insurance company about recent 2012 hail damage to downtown. Larry suggested Oklahoma Storm Repair and said they could handle all aspects of it from working with adjusters to the actual roof replacement. Work began about two weeks before a snowstorm hit. There was a section of our roof that had been deteriorating to the point of near collapse. There crew concentrated on that one area and completely replaced it before the snows arrived.
Work continued over a few weeks. Their crew worked into the evenings and weekends to meet the self imposed deadline. It was completed on time and on budget.
